Girl Scouts
Who:
Registered 4th -12th grade Girl Scouts
What:
4th - 6th Grade Girls: All-night activities, including badge work, crafts, games, swimming, snacks, dancing and/or movie.
7th – 12th Grade Girls: An opportunity to practice leadership skills by hosting/working a booth or working in the pool or kitchen areas.
When:
January 13-14, 2024
- 4th – 6th grade troops will be assigned arrival times between 8:00 - 8:45pm
- swimming is scheduled in one hour increments from 9pm until 2am. You will be scheduled to arrive at the locker room 1/2 hour before your swim time. The girls are encouraged to wear their swim suits under their clothes and bring dry undergarments in a string backpack with a towel and goggles. Goggles must NOT cover the nose.
- Troops will leave the event no later than 5:30am on Sunday

- A way for teens to showcase leadership skills
- A time for girls and adults to get acquainted and share ideas
- A chance for girls to have some freedom while in a safe \ secure environment

Cost:
4th - 6th graders: $30 per girl – includes program, food and patch;
Program assistance is available – see your troop consultant for the appropriate form
7th - 12 graders: $30 per girl - includes T-shirt and patch - (food wristband available for an additional $7)

The food wrist band gives the Teens access to the food provided by the event in the cafeteria. This wrist band is optional. Teens will have access to a hospitality room with food and drinks that are brought in by Teen participants. A sign up list for items needed for the hospitality room will be sent prior to the event.
Adults – FREE - all adults will be assigned a 2 hour volunteer shift. Details under the Adult Volunteer tab.
